Having had an issue with a fan purchased from Harvey Norman Lighting, I was fortunate to have been looked after by Kayla Bowman. Kayla went well above and beyond the call of duty to resolve the issue in the most professional and courteous manner. She is a credit to herself and to Harvey Norman Lighting.

The customer service is amazing. They even made a shortt video to demonstrate a product feature. The reaponse time to all my questions was very quick especially for that time of year between Christmas and New Year.

I recently visited harvey norman lightening store and was thoroughly impressed with the wide range of interior and exterior lighting options available. I purchased a different styles of lights, and the whole experience was fantastic.I'd like to extend my thanks to your sales representative, Berry, who provided exceptional service and helped me choose the perfect lights for my house. I had the pleasure of working with Kayla at the HNL team to fit out our new house build.With her interior design background, she was really able to imagine how everything would come together, willing to work with your ideas and also add her own experience and eye for detail into the conversation.The pricing was super competitive, and was willing to match and source other suppliers when she couldn't find exactly the right product in the HNL catalog.Had a couple of hiccups with delivery (light bulbs can break), but jumped onto it straight away replaced no questions asked.The sputnik chandelier a real feature and the loving the kitchen island pendantsHighly recommend the HNL team and don't forget to ask for Kayla.

Best customer service. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had an issue with our fan and rather than taking our money on a new fan they assisted us with fixing our current one at no cost. This was also 20 minutes before close on a Friday afternoon. Great work 👏

A big shout out to Brendon/Brandon from the Penrith store. He helped me with a problem I’ve had with globes that were no longer available for my light fitting. With patience he asked questions and came up with a great solution which now means I don’t have to replace the light fitting. Thank you. Go Panthers 😊

After receiving our delivery damaged after transit (mishandled by couriers), the team were clear in their communication, and I was able to pick up my product in store. Overall happy with the customer service here. Store has a wonderful array of options too.Thank you Harvey Norman Lighting :)

Harvey Norman Lighting, well done!! From the time I walked into the store a very helpful staff member Beth approached the counter with a very welcoming professional manner, as I informed her of what I wanted to purchase - six Storm Airborne DC ceiling fans. Beth was more than helpful and gave me great advice and answered all my questions concisely about what would best suit my needs about the ceiling fans. Then moments later another staff member Rachel also approached the counter in the same welcoming professional manner, and also gave me some very knowledgeable input and offered the services of an electrician and some safety tips. This was my second time that I have had pleasure being served by Rachel. Then Rachel further assisted me by taking the fans to the car and help me with loading them as well. I will be doing business with Harvey Norman Lighting again and highly recommend.Many thanks again to Beth and Rachel

Amazing service I have received from ANDREW and all other staff members. I had an issue with my pendant light which I have bought 6 years ago, I just explained it to Andrew and he organized a replacement from the supplier strategy. he rang me multiple times to make sure I have enough information and that I am receiving the replacement. I want to thank a Lady called Jess who helped me over the phone order an Outdoor Fan for my new Pergola, which will need to be installed in a few days. I needed the fan delivered on time for the installer. Jess answered my many questions and rang the supplier to get the correct answers. She got back to me quickly, which made the process less stressful. Once I please the order, the supplier informed Jess the product was out of stock, but the computer said it was in stock. Again, Jess helped out with possible options to help me out of the situation. I place the order in a different colour but am still happy with the outcome. Thank you to Jess for her outstanding customer service, which is hard to find these days. Thank You, Jess.I guess the only thing I would further question was why wasn't the computer up to date with the correct stock level, but this was not something Jess controls. An area of improvement for Harvey Norman Lighting. Harvey Norman Lighting should get a 4 star rating, but Jess got a 5 for Customer Service so it is a 5.

Took my dad to get a Fluro tube that we couldn’t find anywhere else. The staff were so helpful and organized to order it in and also deliver it to him. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic experience as all dealings where done over the phone with Karen. We looked online and found what we where looking for. Karen was excellent very helpful professional and nothing was a problem sent us photos and all our questions. Payed over the phone and product was here within 2 days. This store are the awesome they are patient and follow through offering a high level of customer service. Special thanks to the lady who initiated our first sale and to Andrew who patiently allowed me to then change my original choice and phoned me to advice of it's arrival into their store. Well done team! This is my second review for this great store.
